Emergency contraception
The emergency contraceptive pill ("morning after pill") is available free on the NHS for eligible patients, or to buy if you're 16 or over.
- Walk-in – no booking or prescription needed
- Most effective the sooner it's taken after unprotected sex
- We can advise where to get an emergency IUD (coil), the most effective option
All consultations are confidential. Age restrictions may apply to some services – our pharmacists will always advise you on your options.
