What we accept
- Private prescriptions from UK-registered doctors, dentists and independent prescribers
- Prescriptions from private GP services and online clinics (paper or electronic, where supported)
- Travel medicines, hair-loss, skincare and other private treatments prescribed by your clinician
Please note: we don't have an in-house prescriber, so we can't issue private prescriptions ourselves – you'll need a valid prescription from your own clinician.
How it works
- Check availability & price – send us an enquiry or call with the medicine name, strength and quantity
- Bring your prescription – or ask your prescriber to send it to us
- Collect – most items same day; we'll order anything we don't have in stock
